Summary

Estates Office Coordinator

NCG is looking for a proactive and organised Estates Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Estates department. This key role involves supervising administrative functions, managing the Estates service desk, and maintaining oversight of systems, budgets, and performance planning.

You'll be at the heart of our Estates operations, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, financial data is accurately maintained, and colleagues across the organisation receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities

As Estates Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain working knowledge of NCG's financial systems (Tech One, E-Analyser, Service Desk)
  • Update departmental spreadsheets with order and receipting data
  • Assist college managers with budget and procurement queries
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Estates service desk, ensuring service requests meet SLA targets
  • Attend in-person meetings across NCG premises when required
