Are you a skilled Class 1 (HGV C+E) Driver looking for your next opportunity?
An exciting new position has opened up in Swindon with our client - a leading independent parcel, mail, and logistics services company delivering essential items throughout the UK and Ireland.
This role offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and the chance to be part of a high-performing logistics network.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for transporting goods between customer premises and central hubs. This role requires excellent time management and the ability to plan and adjust routes to ensure time-sensitive deliveries are met.
· Monday to Friday - Night Trunking
· 21.00 Hours start
· £17.00 per hour (PAYE)
· 2 Years Experience
· Ongoing, Immediate Start
Requirements:
- Full HGV 1 / C+E Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Tacho Card
- No more than 6 points on licence; no DD/DR convictions
- Solid understanding of driver's hours and WTD legislation
- Able to carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Flexible and confident navigating cross-country routes
- Commitment to on-site health & safety standards
