Summary

Carbon60 is seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Co-ordinator to join their clients dynamic team based in Oxford. This is a contract position.

As the Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the operation of a work area within the Material Management Warehouse, supporting the Team Leaders and Senior Management in the implementation of Company Policy and Procedure.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Co-ordinator:
- Achieve optimum stock turn and handling for the company
- Provide necessary support to Management in pursuance of overall Divisional and Company targets
- Adhere to all documented Company Quality System procedures when carrying out operational duties
- Conduct material orders and movements in the correct priority sequence
- Ensure all items are unloaded and handled according to company and airworthiness directives
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Develop and maintain a teamwork approach to working with colleagues
- Identify and resolve issues of a problematic nature at onset
- Ensure the application of SAP and any other business tools consistent with the training received
- Maintain departmental administrative systems and provide accurate documentation
- Achieve set targets and objectives
- Operate cross functionally across the Warehouse functions (inbound, outbound, repairs, tool control)
- Provide regular reports on work in progress to the Team Leaders

The ideal Warehouse Co-ordinator will have:
- Experience with the aviation supply chain (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Good security awareness and understanding of the vulnerability of stock within a warehouse environment
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively
- Proven experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering to KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Forklift truck driving experience and certificate (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License
