Summary
Commercial Property Lawyer needed in Morden
The rate is £28.11ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5274482
The successful candidate will have management skills, education and academy experience for land dealings including foundations schools including development experience for the same, large scale housing stock transfer experience and estate ballot experience and who can deal with lease and licence work.
They should be able to demonstrate good experience of managing a workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
