Requirements

Extensive generalist HR experience

Experience of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders including managers, trade unions, employees and external partners

Experience of interpreting management information and metrics to develop long term strategies to meet business needs

Experience in leading projects from planning through to implementation

CIPD qualified or equivalent and/or experience as a Business Partner
