Junior Accounts Assistant - Springcare Head Office, Nicholson House - Whitchurch
We are now recruiting for a full time Junior Accounts Assistant to join our finance team
The role would be Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week and enrolment to apprenticeship course to be included.
The role
Assist in preparing and presenting monthly management accounts within agreed timescales.
Support the production of yearly accounts and performance reports, investigating variances where required.
Help prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Contribute to the development of the Management Information Pack.
Assist with managing cash flow and monitoring bank balances.
Support the production of budgets and forecasts.
Contribute to the recommendation and implementation of IT initiatives to improve finance processes.
Provide support on ad-hoc project work to improve company processes and productivity.
Maintain strict confidentiality in line with Data Protection requirements.
Communicate professionally and ethically with both internal and external stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
Keen eye for detail and genuine interest in finance.
Trustworthy and honest people (the role will be privy to information that is confidential)
Friendly and attentive team players who enjoy working with others.
Willingness to learn on the job and participate in the successful running of the company.
Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
Experience with Microsoft window packages.
Good telephone manner
