Hyde is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor (Senior Health and Safety Officer) to take the lead in shaping a safer, smarter working environment across our London Property Maintenance operations. As a Health & Safety Advisor (Senior Health and Safety Officer) at Hyde, you’ll be a trusted technical lead — delivering training, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with contractors, managers, and operatives, you’ll help embed safe systems of work and strengthen our safety culture from the ground up.

Key Duties

Deliver safe systems of work across Property Maintenance London.
Conduct inspections, audits, and investigate incidents.
Lead health and safety training and toolbox talks.
Update and improve policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
Provide technical guidance on H&S projects and deputise for the H&S Manager.
