In the Project Officer role, you will be:

• Undertaking research and engagement to identify good practice and areas for improvement
• Sharing insights and learning to help shape a more inclusive culture

• Contributing to the development of resources and training to support equality, diversity, and inclusion
• Building trust, understanding, and positive relationships with colleagues and local communities

• Supporting the development of inclusive recruitment processes and practices

To be successful, you will need:

• Passion for equality, diversity, and inclusion

• Excellent people skills, with an ability to build trust and work collaboratively

• Strong research, written, and communication skills

• Ability to reflect on information gathered and contribute to workplace improvements

• Competence in IT to support research and engagement activities

This is a temporary position for 28 weeks, working full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. You'll start on an hourly rate of £14.82 + holiday pay, weekly pay and other benefits and will be based in modern offices in Colwyn Bay.
