About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
-Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet our guests’ expectations.
-Manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
-Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
-Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menus and dining experiences.
-Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver outstanding culinary results.
What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
-Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
-Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience.

-Salary: £31,000 per annum.
-Accommodation: Private en-suite room available at £450 per month.
-Meals: Three meals a day provided.
