Summary
Transport Supervisor - required for temp-perm position in Pineham, Northampton
Pure Staff are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor based in the Pineham area of Northampton on a temp-perm basis.
Our customer is looking for a Transport Supervisor who is looking for a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
We have two shifts available for this role;
Days; 10am - 6pm
Twilight; 2pm - 10pm
Pay rates-
Monday to Friday paid at £16.83ph PAYE plus accrued holiday pay.
Pay rate will then go to £35,000 per year once permanent.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:
Duties of the Transport Supervisor -
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Route planning
- Talking to customers
- Debriefing drivers
- Managing driver compliance and infringements
The ideal Candidate-
- Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- Transport office experience
- Self sufficient when it comes to managing own work
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multi-task
