Summary

Our client is recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their well established and successful business on a full-time permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join an energetic, fun and supportive team who continue to grow.

The purpose of this role is to support and coordinate sales and marketing activity by creating business opportunities and building relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be a creative, out the box thinker and someone who comes with energy and drive!

Responsibilities:
-Log and track new business opportunities through internal CRM systems
-Track progress of quotes and assign priority levels to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
-Attend weekly sales meetings and report on weekly sales figures
-Ensure accurate information on progress invoicing and timely renewals for recurring contracts
-Assist with quotations where appropriate and possible
-Maintain regular contact with customers and set up follow-up meetings with the sales teams
-Ensure good customer contact is maintained
-Complete paperwork required for onboarding new clients and existing clients as required
-Develop new relationships with prospects and attempt to open new opportunities
-Support service by logging and tracking new call outs and projects won through our internal CRM
-Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and campaigns
-Deliver both digital and print marketing activity
-Support website performance and ongoing improvements to generate leads and drive sales
-Write content and source imagery for use online and in traditional print/news formats
-Post content across social platforms in line with the wider marketing plan and social media strategy
-Keep on top of public tender portals and other tender opportunities

Hours: Monday – Friday - 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: up to £30,000 + excellent benefits + great working environment including a breakout room with a pool table and fully stocked fridge with drinks & snacks!
