We offer two flexible shift patterns, allowing you to choose the schedule that best suits your lifestyle and supports a healthy work-life balance:
- 12 days on, 2 days off - Work for 12 consecutive days followed by a full weekend off, then repeat
- 6 days on, 1 day off - A consistent rotation with one rest day after every six working days
Please note that this role is structured around night shifts and requires working overnight hours.

Role Overview
As a 12AB Traffic Management Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient management of traffic flow on motorways and high-speed dual carriageways, where vehicles travel at significantly higher speeds than on other roads
- Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment
- Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
- Help and guide new trainees
Requirements for a 12AB Traffic Management Operative
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Valid LANTRA 12AB Qualification
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as stated above
- Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
- Within 40 minutes driving distance from the depot
