Summary

Role Title: Technical Manager (Building Safety)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £50,614 to £63,268 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Dartford / Agile working

You will be supporting our Property Services team by delivering an effective technical and project management service relating to building safety and provide advice to internal and external customers.

We will be looking to you to monitor the performance of contractors and consultants to ensure works, projects, programmes and services are completed to requirements and regulatory standards.

You will be pivotal in assisting in the investigation and resolution of complex complaints relating to building safety and associated works.

We support agile working, so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.
