Summary
Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: North Birmingham / Smethwick area
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:30 (overtime available)
Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator for an immediate start. This is a temp-to-perm position offering hands-on work in welding and fabrication projects. MiG welding experience is essential, and experience with TiG or ARC welding is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MiG welding to high-quality standards

Fabricate components as per project specifications

Assist with TiG and ARC welding where required

Work collaboratively within a team and independently

Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ hands-on MiG welding experience

TiG and ARC welding experience is advantageous

Punctual, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude

Based locally to Smethwick / North Birmingham

Passionate about craftsmanship and innovative projects
