Summary
The Best Connection are proud to be working with our well known local client to recruit a Packaging Operative to join their team to assist through their busy summer peak
We are seeking flexible and reliable Manufacturing Operatives to undertake this job role
responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to
- Lifting and transferring bags of yeast up to 25KG in weight
- Weighing sacks of product
- Ensuring the smooth running of production lines
- Receiving, checking and unloading incoming deliveries
- Basic site tidying and housekeeping
- Pushing and transporting kegs
Requirements of the role
- Ability to lift weights of up to 25KG independently
- Previous experience working in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environments is ideal but not essential for this job role
- Ability to handle alcohol
Rates of pay
- Will be £13.10 per hour worked
Hours of work
- will Typically be 08:00-17:00
