Crynodeb
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the practice sites. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload. You will ensure all practice staff are compliant with agreed procedures, protocols and time-scales, reporting to the Practice Manager as necessary. The candidate must be conscientious, provide solid supervisory support and have a knowledge of HR.Lead the management of the Patient Participation Group.
