Summary
See attached JD The post holder will work as part of the Outpatient Department at CRH, HRI and Acre To assist the multidisciplinary team to provide exemplary and compassionate care within the outpatient setting. To actively assist in the delivery of individual programmes of care under the direction of qualified staff and alone. To participate as an effective member of the team. To follow instructions and report any changes To proactively support the provisions of high standards of nursing care in the outpatient setting.
