Summary
Property Shop in Accrington are recruiting for an Apprentice sales negotiator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

• Confident dealing with customers on the phone and face to face
• Working in a private and confidential sector
• Willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Smart and presentable
• Coordinate property valuations
• Prepare and present property listings to clients
• Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values
• Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion
• Liaise with, Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Mortgage Broker and Lenders, Estate Agents and Surveyors providing effective advice and guidance
• Liaising with the wider team and business
• Looking for new business opportunities
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm / Friday 9am - 1pm / 30 minutes lunch (unpaid) / 36 hours per week
