Make modifications within programmes to suit CYP needs. Adapt practice to meet individual CYP needs, including due regard for cultural, linguistic and cognitive differences. Advise and support parents and carers, education and other support staff on how to deliver SLT programmes Ensure that CYP are involved in the planning and prioritisation of their care plans wherever possible.
