Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy clinical leader to join our proactive and friendly team on Ward C3, which is the Trauma admissions ward.

The post holder will be an experienced staff nurse looking to take the next step in their career progression to help lead a highly skilled team in a fast-paced Trauma ward environment.

They will be expected to provide a high quality service for patients and their families to meet the Trust objectives, policies and standards.

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership and communication skills and with the desire to lead a team to deliver compassionate, person centred care.

You should have an interest in providing high quality care in a fast paced and often challenging environment with the underlying knowledge of caring for Trauma and Orthopaedic patients

You will have overall responsibility for the provision of delivering excellent care within the ward and have the ability to work alongside and continue to grow and develop the nursing team whilst promoting a collaborative working environment.

This role requires: Active UK NMC Registration and a recognised teaching/assessing qualification

Base Location: Poole Hospital
