Summary
️ Job Opportunity: Building Clearance Operative - 4-Storey Site
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a building clearance project on a 4-storey site. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a hands-on role with immediate starts available.
Location: Plymouth
Contract Type: 1 week
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50
Responsibilities:
- Clearing debris and materials from all floors of the building
- Assisting with general site tidying and manual handling tasks
- Supporting trades and site supervisors as needed
✅ Requirements:
- A good level of physical fitness
- Willingness to work across multiple floors
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Previous site experience is beneficial but not required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
