Summary
We’re looking for a brilliant organiser to lead a hands-on project restoring Gloucestershire’s hedgerows — those leafy, wildlife-rich boundaries that shape our countryside.
This 6.5-month role is part of the national CPRE Hedgerow Heroes programme. You’ll plan and run planting events, recruit volunteers, and connect with schools and community groups to bring hedgerows back to life.
You don’t need to be a conservation expert — if you’re great at managing projects, love working with people, and don’t mind getting muddy, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be supported by our friendly team with admin and communications, but you’ll take the lead on delivery.
A car is essential for transporting tools and plants (we’ll cover travel costs).
