• Enjoy true clinical freedom in a practice run by vets, for vets – with continuity of care and quality always the top priority.
• Work with advanced facilities, including a brand new 64-slice CT scanner, visiting specialists, and the ability to manage complex cases in-house.
• Be part of a supportive, collaborative team in a well-established, RCVS accredited practice with over 40 years of trusted local reputation.
• Full support from an experienced clinical team and efficient management structure, earning up to £60,000 DOE plus a generous benefits package.
Established in 1980, this proudly independent, RCVS accredited small animal practice has built a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care. Run by vets, for vets, the team operates three thriving practices across Gloucestershire, united by a shared mission to deliver gold standard veterinary medicine in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This is a rare opportunity to lead your own site while being backed by an experienced and friendly clinical team, advanced facilities, and a highly efficient management structure to handle the HR, admin, and operational workload – freeing you to focus entirely on your patients and clients. They’re looking for a confident, compassionate Veterinary Surgeon with solid small animal experience, competent in both routine surgery and medical cases, and someone who is confident in sole charge.
