RP Laminator
Permanent Role | Excellent Rates Depending on Experience | Overtime Available
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:45pm (Long weekends every week)
If you’re an experienced GRP Laminator who takes pride in precision work, enjoys hands-on projects, and wants the stability of a permanent position, this could be your perfect next step.
This role offers a permanent contract, competitive negotiable pay based on your skills, overtime opportunities, and a four-day working week giving you long weekends every week.
Your duties will include spraying fibreglass materials to a high standard, hand lay-up processes for GRP components, trimming, cutting, and moulding materials to specification, working with moulds to create precise, high-quality finished products, and following health and safety procedures at all times.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a GRP Laminator, Fibreglass Laminator, or similar, who has a keen eye for detail, is committed to producing quality work, and can work both independently and as part of a small, skilled team.
