Summary
As a Customer Support Assistant at Leodis Stairlifts, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our sales office and the delivery of excellent customer service to potential customers.
Your responsibilities will include exceptional customer service, dealing with incoming sales enquiries and converting those enquiries into surveys.
The ideal person will also have exceptional telesales experience and will be able to deal with non-sales queries on an ad-hoc basis.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from potential customers courteously and provide support to customers in a prompt and professional manner.
Gather information about customer needs and advise on what products may be suitable to meet their individual circumstances.
Generate appointments for our team of surveyors to attend customer properties to carry out a free no obligation home survey
Once surveys have been converted into sales, work closely with the Installations Manager to schedule installations.
Keep accurate records of customer conversations and job assignments, as well as updating details of surveys and installations on our Job Watch system.
Process card payments accurately and securely, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of customers payment information.
Develop a deep understanding of the stairlift products and services offered by the company to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
The Ideal Candidate needs to have
Excellent verbal and written communication and organisation skills with a real focus on attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills, including patience and empathy..
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively.
Proven experience in a telesales role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with integrity.
Valid UK Driving Licence
Please note that this role will be split between 2 sites in Gildersome LS27 7FE and 1 to 2 days each week at our showroom in Whinmoore, York Road (A64) LS15 4NF.
