We are seeking an impactful professional ready to take on significant responsibility and elevate the learning experiences of pupils.

This full-time position is in a "Good"-rated primary school and is integral to the delivery of high-quality education. It's a long-term role with a clear path to a permanent contract, allowing you to become a valued and consistent presence within a supportive school community.

As an HLTA, you will play a key part in the educational landscape of the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading learning sessions, including covering teacher absences and PPA time across different year groups.

Designing and delivering targeted interventions for individuals and small groups, especially in core subjects like literacy and numeracy.

Tracking pupil progress and providing detailed feedback to class teachers.

A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (this is mandatory).

Proven experience as an HLTA or a senior teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
