Summary
Customer Service Investigator
Location: Normanton
Salary: £12.84 - £13.10 per hour (dependent on time served)
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am-4:00pm and 9:00am-5:00pm
Position: Ongoing, with potential for permanent employment following a successful probation period
About the Role:
The Best Connection is recruiting a Customer Service Investigator on behalf of our client in Normanton. This role involves investigating and resolving queries from customers, fitters, and trades teams, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
