Summary
Role Overview:Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and remedial work across Private Network High Voltage systems. Support the O&M Manager to ensure service delivery meets contractual and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and delivery of routine inspections and maintenance.
-Coordinate small-scale remedial works and support larger engineering projects.
-Prepare job packs and ensure availability of tools, materials, and resources.
-Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
-Track progress and generate reports for senior management.
-Assist with administrative tasks: handling calls, booking accommodation, and customer communication.
-Support quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
Requirements:
-3+ years' experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
-5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English.
-Strong administrative background, ideally in maintenance or project environments.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with field service software is a plus.
-Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management is desirable.
-Skilled in document handling and technical communication.
