The University of Glasgow has been changing the world for more than 573 years, and today we are one of the world's top 100 universities. We are delighted to have been awarded Scottish University of the Year by the Times & Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024, demonstrating that we are not only one of the best universities in the United Kingdom, but one of the best universities for the world. Our people have always been at the forefront of innovation, and our past achievements inspire our current world changers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to work within Staff-Student Partnerships Enhancement at the University.

The Project Officer (Staff-Student Partnerships Enhancement) role will support the co-ordination and delivery of Enhancement and Quality Assurance activity within the staff-student partnerships agenda, including our governance, learning and teaching activity, and student voice work.

You will work closely with students, staff, institutional teams, and external bodies (e.g., sparqs, QAA, SFC) to strengthen co-creation, partnership, and collaborative approaches that embed the student voice/students as partners in quality enhancement, service design, academic development and the student experience, and wider university initiatives.

This work is central to fostering a culture of shared ownership and inclusive engagement, ensuring that student experiences directly inform and shape continuous improvement efforts across the university.

This post is full time and fixed term for up to 12 months from start date.
