Corby | £28,392 - £35,000 including overtime DOE | Mon-Thu 7:30-4:30, Fri 7:30-12:30

We are looking for Electrical Assemblers to join a well-established engineering company with over 20 year's experience producing premium, durable products that help customers work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

The Role

  • Assembly work in accordance with the drawings and instructions provided.
  • Undertake Crimping, Soldering and wire cutting.
  • Assemble both electrical and mechanical components.
  • Assisting with quality checks, highlighting any issues to the Works Manager prior to passing to next operation.
  • Completing all relevant paperwork.
  • Prepare any documentation such as Inspection Sheets, quality documentation.
  • Housekeeping of workshop area, ensuring all H&S regulations are always adhered to

Experience and Skills

  • Be newly qualified or qualified in electrical engineering
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good team player with a positive, proactive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedules
  • Excellent attention to detail, and dexterity for accurate performance of tasks.
  • Passion to produce high quality products.
  • Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Experience in soldering, crimping and using hand & power tools
