Summary
Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Birmingham
Pay Rate: £14.76 per hour
Hours: 6am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Join one of the UK's leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader in the B6 area.
Job Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and take responsibility for:
- Grass and lawn cutting
- Edging and strimming
- Hedge trimming
- Litter picking
- Weed control
- General gardening and grounds maintenance tasks
- Operating mowers and powered tools
Requirements:
- Experience in grounds or garden maintenance
- A valid driver's license
- PA1/PA6 is required
- Ability to lead a small team effectively
This is a permanent position after a successful 13-week probation
