Summary
We are seeking a motivated skilled and experienced cook to join our team. must have excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation.
Working opposite to other cook and includes alternate weekends.
Responsibilities..
Planning weekly menus ensuring all meals offered are nutritional and well balanced meeting any dietary requirements.
Cooking to a high standard, following all proper food safety guidelines.
Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies accordingly.
Train and supervise staff in food preparation and use of equipment,
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and adhering to all food hygiene HACPP and COSHH legislations.
Minimum Experience required is one year cook and one year kitchen
Care Home or Residential cook experience would be an advantage
