Beauty Lecturer - 29.6 hours per week (Mon, Tue, Weds, Fri) Employed for 52 weeks per year – up to £38,186 depending on
qualifications and experience. Based between Weybridge and Ashford campuses & our dedication Hair & Beauty Salon in Ashford,

To deliver high-quality education to students, inspiring creativity and preparing them for further study and employment in the
creative industries. Hair and Beauty offer a variety of courses for learners across Level 1 to Level 3. The learners range from
14-19-year old’s through to adult education.
About the role:
As the Beauty Lecturer you will have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver these vocational programmes. Your role will include:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential
* Assess, review and record learner progress
* Maintain course and learner records
* To embed employment skills in to the curriculum courses
To fulfil the role of Beauty Lecturer you will have:
* Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification
* Experience of teaching in FE a distinct advantage
* A1/V1 or currently working towards it - essential
* Teaching qualifications – or be prepared to work towards this with our support
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT
