Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Evening School Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be joining our Facilities Cleaning Team based at Pennwood School in Slough.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure that the internal school facilities are cleaned to the required standard as directed by the Facilities Assistant and/or Superintendent. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.
You will be working with a team of school cleaners for 10 hours per week. Monday - Friday 6PM - 9PM.

Key responsibilities will include:
- To clean areas of the establishment in accordance with the Cleaning Specification/output spec.
- To operate cleaning machinery in accordance with instructions.
- To dilute and use cleaning materials as instructed in a safe manner to COSHH regulations
- To collect and remove waste/rubbish from work area to collection point as directed.
- To clean and maintain cleaning equipment as instructed.
- To observe and comply with the Health and Safety Policy and Code of Practice for cleaning staff.
- To comply with instructions relating to security and confidentiality.
- To ensure that you conduct yourself in a professional and smart manner at all times and wear any uniform or PPE as provided
- To attend any company training as required by your manager
Key requirements:
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals including COSHH.
- Cleaning experience in a school environment would be preferred, however full training will be given.
- Please Note: The appointment of this role will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Check (DBS)
