Our client, a modern and welcoming nursery with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. With bright, spacious rooms and a beautiful free-flow garden, this nursery offers an inspiring environment for both children and staff to thrive.
As the Nursery Room Leader, you will take the lead in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing space where children can learn, play, and grow. This is an opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on practice, inspiring both your team and the children in your care.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication, organisation, and people skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team within your designated room to deliver high-quality early years education.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and health & safety.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering professional development and a collaborative atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to observations and assessments.
