Are you ready to lead a high-impact transformation project? We're looking for a strategic and collaborative professional to head the re-modelling of our Dynamics casework platform for the Drivers Medical Group. In this key role, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value — all within a team that champions Recognition, Involvement, Development and Support for everyone.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Have a sound knowledge and understanding of Drivers Medical casework processes and Fitness to Drive standards.Drive the development of business requirements by proactively engaging with staff and stakeholders across all levels, ensuring their insights shape a comprehensive and aligned solution.Continuously explore and evaluate emerging capabilities within Dynamics and Power Platform to identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced business value.Work closely with development and business teams to test and validate technical solutions, ensuring they effectively meet business requirements.Provide strategic leadership to the Power Platform team, setting clear direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions that align with organisational goals.

This role is suitable for hybrid working, which is a non-contractual arrangement where a combination of workplace and home-based working can be accommodated subject to business requirements.

The expectation at present is a minimum of 60% of your working time a month will be spent at either your designated workplace (one of the locations cited in the advert) or, when required for business reasons, in another office/work location. There may be occasions where you are required to attend above the minimum expectation.
