About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our successful call centre team. You’ll be the first point of contact for learner drivers who have enquired about lessons, guiding them through our packages and helping them take the next step toward getting on the road.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making and receiving calls to learner drivers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best lesson packages.
Handling queries via CRM software, including SMS, email, and social media.
Checking and tracking payments, ensuring they match customer records.
Maintaining spreadsheets and collating essential data.
Basic office admin, including digital and manual filing.

Great communicator – professional, friendly, and persuasive.
Self-motivated – able to manage your workload efficiently.
Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
