Summary
This is a Fixed Term post until March 2026 working full-time.
Swansea University is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the UK Secure e-Research Platform (UKSeRP) team. UKSeRP provides world-leading, secure, and scalable data infrastructure for health and administrative data research. As our work grows in complexity and reach, clear and accessible documentation is vital.
This role involves working closely with developers, system architects, and service managers to translate complex technical information into clear documentation, user guides, and marketing materials tailored to a variety of audiences including technical users, researchers, funders, and policymakers.
