The rate is £17.73ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will deliver a customer friendly experience that supports the resolution of customers housing needs at first contact in the Housing Solutions Service.
They will be responsible for providing housing advice and information that is personalised and relevant to the individual or household at the point of first contact, in person telephone and email and will ensure all client information is correctly input on all relevant IT systems and official government data requirements are met.
