Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency - Department for Transport Careers

The post holder Product Specialist (Driver Training) is required to provide a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure the product delivery meets a balance of policy and customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

Provide product expert technical advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders and customersAnalyse product data and information and highlight the benefits of product changesDemonstrate leadership by providing guidance to staff to support the delivery of objectivesLiaise with relevant departments and the wider service team, to ensure continuous improvementCommunicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve service objectives and improvements
