Summary
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team, providing a warm and professional welcome to all learners, staff and visitors—whether in person, online, over the phone or in writing. This role is advertised on a part-time and term-time only basis.
This varied role involves supporting learners across campus and remotely, helping them to engage with digital learning platforms and technology in the Library and Learning Centre. You'll assist with general enquiries, enrolment processes, and offer high-quality information, advice and guidance to prospective learners, referring to specialist teams where needed.
You will also support college recruitment events, deliver a full telephony service, and provide a range of administrative tasks. You’ll help maintain a supportive learning environment, assist with inductions and equipment loans, promote digital skills, and ensure our learners get the most out of our resources.
