Summary
Job Description
• Maintain documentation and ensure correct in-house systems filing.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents (e.g. vehicle inspection sheets).
• Create and process purchase and plant orders.
• Anticipate and act on site administrative needs to reduce invoice queries.
• Reconcile delivery tickets and raise any queries with site or finance teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure correct in-house systems filing.

Key requirements;
Essential
• A keen interest in business administration and construction operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
• Comfortable working on or visiting live construction sites
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
• Comfortable working on or visiting live construction sites
• Able to track and follow up on multiple streams of work without letting things slip
• Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites or to regional offices is involved)
