Person Specification Essential Qualifications and Experience BSc (Hons) in Radiography or DCR in Diagnostic Radiography. Current HPC registration. Minimum of 5 years MRI experience. Proven experience as a senior team member or MRI deputy. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to technical proficiency and outstanding patient care. Desirable Qualifications and Skills Postgraduate qualifications in MRI or a related field. IV cannulation skills.
