Summary
Are you an experienced leader and project manager in the cultural sector with a passion for creative learning and the skills to lead complex programmes with creativity and clarity?
We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Interim Head of Programme & Projects to join our dynamic Learning team on a maternity cover contract. In this key role, you will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of key Learning programmes and projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
You will bring a strong track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in the cultural sector and a deep understanding of how to develop and deliver innovative learning and public programmes that engage broad and diverse audiences.
As a senior leader within the Learning team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Learning and play an integral role in implementing our strategy, supporting staff, and guiding teams through periods of change with confidence.
