Summary

Job Overview

The Marketing Officer will support and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital, print, and event channels. You will be responsible for developing engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, support recruitment activities, attract clients, and promote international relocation programmes.

This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with strong copywriting, social media, and content creation skills. You will work closely with the Business Development, Recruitment, and Relocation teams to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and Google Ads.
Design and write marketing content including brochures, landing pages, social posts, newsletters, and case studies.
Collaborate with the recruitment and relocation teams to support candidate attraction strategies, including international nursing, doctor, and AHP campaigns.
Maintain and update the company website, blog, and careers portal using CMS tools.
Monitor, track, and analyse the performance of all campaigns, generating monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) ensuring regular and professional updates.
Organise recruitment fairs, webinars, industry events, and community outreach campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media platforms as needed.
Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all internal and external communications.
Stay current with trends in digital marketing, healthcare recruitment marketing, and employer branding.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment, healthcare, or education sectors.
Proven ability to create compelling content and execute targeted campaigns.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for visual branding.
Understanding of SEO, PPC, paid ads, and basic CRM integration.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
