Summary

Job Overview

The Business Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations across departments including recruitment, compliance, relocation, and business development. This individual will ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, professional correspondence, and consistent data handling.

This position is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a foundation in operations and administration within the healthcare recruitment and relocation industry.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to recruitment, compliance, and relocation teams.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including email, calls, and document requests.
Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and digital filing systems.
Draft professional documents, meeting minutes, reports, and internal communications.
Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and book travel/logistics as required.
Support the preparation of client proposals, candidate packs, and onboarding kits.
Ensure timely filing and version control of key operational documents.
Track deadlines, certifications, and candidate documentation status across teams.
Liaise with external vendors (e.g., accommodation providers, translators) and internal departments.
Assist in audit preparation and ensure all compliance records are properly stored and accessible.
Order office supplies, manage stationery inventory, and assist in basic office coordination.
Greet visitors and support a professional reception environment if needed.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or office support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is desirable.
Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to team support.
GCSEs or equivalent (A-levels, NVQ Level 3, or a diploma in Business Administration preferred).
