Summary
Career Management Branches are responsible for supporting the delivery of career management for Officers and Soldiers within the British Army. This campaign is looking to recruit 3 vacancies. One is in the Combat Branch, one is in the Engineering and Logistics Branch and one is in the Reserves Branch.
Key responsibilities:
Working under the direction of team leads, deliver Career Management outputs using the most appropriate processes and digital tools, as provided by the organisation.
Understand and maintain currency in relevant Career Management policy and provide appropriate advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain system data in accordance with the organisation’s Information Management policy.
Conduct cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation and externally as required.
Support and actively participate in organisational change initiatives, embracing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Complete mandatory training as directed and maintain currency with digital tools, data exploitation techniques and Career Management policy and processes.
Support other tasks, activities and duties outside of the immediate area of responsibility to meet evolving business and operational needs commensurate with the grade.
