As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in leading initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our strategies. Your expertise will be invaluable in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and monitoring their effectiveness. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of designated programs.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans based on client needs.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior practitioners and support staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Engage with clients and their families to provide support and resources.
Advocate for best practices and contribute to the development of policies that enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
