Summary

Resource Management Specialist

Location: Chesterfield Head Office (with travel across South Yorkshire)
Salary: Up to £29,000 + mileage + bonus + award-winning benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

We're hiring a Resource Management Specialist to join our Chesterfield Head Office team. You'll travel across South Yorkshire, registering candidates, visiting client sites, and carrying out check-ins to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What we're looking for in our Resource Management Specialist:

  • Experience as a Resourcer in a busy recruitment environment would be great

  • OR customer service or sales experience with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • A full driving licence and access to your own car (mileage expenses paid)

  • Good communication skills, organisation, and a proactive approach

Requirements

  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets for calls, meetings, and placements.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular contact.

  • Provide quality service via accurate job matching, full compliance, and site tours as required.

  • Monitor worker performance and satisfaction, resolving issues quickly.
  • Maintain up-to-date availability lists and a pool of quality candidates.

  • Use candidate insight to support branch sales activity.

  • Cross-sell other business divisions where relevant.

  • Contribute ideas in team meetings.

  • Keep reports (e.g., sales pipeline) accurate and up to date.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent time management, able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Flexible and willing to take responsibility for the out-of-hours phone when required

  • Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
