Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for A Senior Early Help Family Worker’s to join the 11-19 Early Help Family Service within Hull City Council, 30 hours a week.
You will work with young people, families, and carers creatively to deliver a wide range of evidenced-based interventions to meet their support needs. You will have experience of completing Whole Family Assessments and be adept at creating support plans using SMART goals. You will take a multi-agency approach and work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external services. You will be based in a Family Hub, which are situated across the city, and your role will include visiting homes, schools and other community venues on a regular basis.
You will undertake the Lead Worker role for families that require level 3, Targeted Early Help Support and experience of working with children, young people, their families/carers is an essential requirement.
You must have a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an appropriate field related to Social Care, Education, Health, Early Years, Youth or Community Work and a commitment to further develop knowledge and skills relevant to the post through training and development opportunities.
